Our modest facility is located just north of Chelsea, Oklahoma on 80 acres, only a couple minutes from Historic Route 66 and the famous Chelsea Main Street Diner.  The facility is approximately 120' X 70' clear span all metal and insulated.  This area includes a 60' X 60' indoor arena and 10 indoor stalls most large enough for foaling with room to expand to 17 stalls.  Under the same roof we have a breeding lab/utility room with all the required amenities.  We have many outdoor stalls, run-ins and shelters. 

For convenience the home is located adjacent to the barn just thru a 40 ' drive through garage.  We love living so close to our horses, since we are in the barn most of the time, it is never far to go.
